About Maintenance and Operations
The Maintenance and Operations department oversees the care and upkeep of all Round Valley Unified School District facilities, grounds, and infrastructure. Our team supports daily operations at Round Valley Elementary, Round Valley High School, and Yolla Bolly, ensuring safe, functional, and welcoming spaces for students, staff, and the community.
This includes building maintenance and repair, custodial services, grounds care, preventive maintenance, and support for events held on district property.
Facility Use and Rentals
Coming soon. Under California's Civic Center Act, school facilities are available for use by community groups and organizations when not needed for school activities. Information on facility use policies, fees, and application forms will be posted here.
To inquire about facility use in the meantime, please contact the Maintenance and Operations office directly.
Work Requests
Staff are encouraged to contact Maintenance and Operations directly with any maintenance, repair, or facilities need. Whether it's a burned-out light, a sticking door, a classroom temperature issue, or a larger repair, our team is here to help and wants to hear from you.
The fastest way to get support is to reach out directly by phone or email, or to stop by the Maintenance office. Please include the school site, room or location, and a brief description of the issue so the team can respond efficiently. For urgent issues that affect safety or the ability to hold class, contact the Maintenance and Operations office immediately and notify your site administrator.
We appreciate staff partnership in keeping our campuses safe and functional. No request is too small, and timely communication helps us prioritize and respond effectively.
